My Approach

I specialize in supporting high achieving individuals navigate work-life balance, stress, burnout and limiting beliefs, so that they can feel confident and empowered in their lives. 

I work from a multi-modality method where we work together to tailor therapy that will fit your personal and unique needs. No person is the same and my therapeutic approach will be different with every person I work with. The way I see therapy is that I am in the passenger seat and you are the driver. I will help you navigate what you want to work on and help support you through your goals. You are in control and I am there to guide you through it! I will work with you to understand these challenges that may be coming up in your life and how to approach them while gaining relief and getting to know your strengths and yourself better. I also can help you view things differently and gain a perspective that may be new. 

I have a gentle, kind and non-judgemental approach, while still being able to challenge you when you are ready. I provide a safe space that will help you feel comfortable and ready to take anything on. I also practice from a feminist lens and anti-oppressive framework.

I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy as well as Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, and use this as my approach as well as aspects of mindfulness, self-compassion and positive psychology.

I am also currently training to be a psychedelic psilocybin therapist through Therapsil and also currently training in Somatic Attachment therapy with Lisa Mortimore.

All of my work is trauma informed and aware.
